The idea, it seems, is just to find people who identify themselves as preferring Obama and to encourage them to be sure to vote. The format and goal seem to me to be more legitimate than most phone solicitation, so I'm going to give this a go starting tonight. The early state primaries and caucuses are a sequential process. Nevada will hold its caucuses on Saturday, and South Carolina will hold its primary a week later, on January 26th.
